1. What is a cancellation policy?

    We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, Premier Shuttle has a very simple cancellation policy: regardless of whether you made your reservation online, please give us a call at our toll free 800 number, just give us 2 hours notice prior to your pickup time and we will gladly give you a full refund. Refunds normally show up on your account within 3-5 business days.
    Unfortunately, Premier Shuttle cannot refund payment if cancelled with less than 2 hours notice prior to scheduled pickup time or in the event of a no-show.  when you are not giving any of notifcation for cancel the shuttle and the driver already at the pick up at the location and waited for 1 hour or more. 
    Premier shuttle will be charge a full price as a no show. If you need to cancel the shuttle service please call 1-800-246-2843

    What is a Private Shuttle Van or Private Sedan Car Service?

    A Private Van is often the best choice with a group of people. You have the van for your exclusive use, meaning direct service with no other passengers except for those in your party. Lugging extra boxes, a trade show display and lots of equipment? Perhaps a couple of surf boards? A Private Van is for you. Offered to all destinations, when available. All of our vehicles are cleaned daily, inside and out. We pay particular attention to the things that we think that you will appreciate: clean windows, clean comfortable seats, easy to find seat belts that work properly the way they were designed to. In addition, all of our vehicles are subjected to rigorous regular mechanical inspections that insure your safety as well as your comfort.

    Do you offer transportation to all destinations when available?

    All of our vehicles are cleaned daily, inside and out. We pay particular attention to the things that we think that you will appreciate – clean windows, clean comfortable seats, easy-to-find seat belts that work properly the way they were designed to. In addition, all of our vehicles are subjected to rigorous regular mechanical inspections that ensure your safety as well as your comfort.

    Do we accept credit cards?

    Premier Shuttle online booking, Yes, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and all type of credit card, also all Premier Shuttle driver have a credit card process.

    Lost and found?

    you just got off your shuttle van, and you believe that you left something onboard, please call our toll free 1 (800) number and let us know immediately so we can tell the driver to stop and look for your item and return it back to you. We will attempt to intercept the van and try to find your missing articles.
    If you believe that you left something on a Premier Shuttle van, in a day or more has passed by, contact us at our toll free 1 (800) number
    The most common items left on our vans includes jackets, sweaters, cell phones, and small carry-on bags. Please check to see that you have all of your belongings before you get off your van.

    Lost Baggage

    Premier Shuttle will not be liable for lost baggage since baggage is never removed from the passenger’s presence, and is stored in the passenger compartment in which the passenger is riding. A passenger’s baggage remains at all times, the responsibility of the passenger.

    Safe & Efficient Route

    There is rideshare and then there is good rideshare. It’s easy to say that you provide rideshare service, but without the state-of-the-art rideshare software, which Prime Shuttle has developed over the years, rideshare can become a nightmare experience. We know that you don’t mind riding to LAX with your neighbors.

    Children and Car Seats

    While laws vary from state-to-state, we at Premier Shuttle support the strongest safety standard by recommending that small children five years and under be secured in a child restraint seat for transportation. Additionally, Premier Shuttle does not provide child restraint seats. It is the responsibility of a child’s parent or caregiver to provide the Child Restraint System, per the local law.
    If your child is under the minimum age/height standards set by the state of California (less than 8 years of age or is less than 4 feet 9 inches in height), we strongly recommend that you supply an approved child safety seat for your child. Although it is not mandatory that a child safety seat is supplied, it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian traveling with the child to make sure that the child is transported safely.

    New California Child Passenger Restraint Requirements Effective January 1, 2012 (California Vehicle Code SB 929, Evans)

    California’s Child Passenger Safety Seat law requires children to ride in either a car seat or booster seat until the age of eight, or until they reach a height of 4 feet 9 inches. This law also requires children who do not meet the age or height requirement to ride in the rear seat of a vehicle unless the vehicle has no back seats, the restraint system cannot be properly installed or the rear seats are already occupied by children under age eight. However, the law still maintains that a child may not ride in the front seat of a vehicle with an active passenger airbag if they are under one year of age, less than 20 pounds, or riding in a rear-facing child safety seat.

    Pets

    Smaller, kenneled pets are permitted on shared ride service and larger pets may require a private van. This excludes service animals. Travelers with pet allergies are advised that other passengers on your vehicle may be traveling with a pet or service animal.
